Who we are
We handle the whole project: the consultation, the design and 3D renderings, material selections, the written estimate, permits, construction and the final walkthrough. You work with one company and one point of contact the whole way through.
We are a Maryland licensed home improvement contractor (MHIC #157680), insured on every project. We work in Baltimore City and Baltimore, Howard, Anne Arundel, Harford and Carroll counties.
How we work
Every project follows the same six stages: consultation, design, selections and proposal, pre-construction, construction and a final walkthrough.
Design starts with how you use the room: who cooks, where people gather, what needs to be stored and what bothers you about the space today.
We measure, photograph existing conditions and develop layout options with 3D renderings, so you can see the room and make changes before anything is ordered.
Then we help you choose cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures and lighting, with samples and showroom visits, and put every selection into a line-item written estimate.
Construction starts once the design is final, the materials are ordered and the permits are in hand, which keeps surprises and mid-project decisions to a minimum.
Dust barriers keep the rest of your home livable. We check quality daily, clean up at the end of every workday and send weekly progress updates with photos. Licensed plumbers and electricians handle rough-in work.
At the end we walk through every detail with you, resolve the punch list and back our workmanship with a 1-year warranty.
