1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at adpremodeling.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. ADP Remodeling reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Services Overview

ADP Remodeling is a licensed and insured general contractor providing residential remodeling services in Greater Baltimore and Central Maryland, including but not limited to kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, home additions, basement finishing, and exterior renovations. The information presented on this Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or contract for services.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided through this Site, by phone, or in person are non-binding and subject to change based on final project specifications, site conditions, material selections, and scope of work. A formal written contract with detailed pricing will be provided before any work begins. No work will commence without a signed agreement between the homeowner and ADP Remodeling.

4. Project Changes & Change Orders

Any modifications to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Change orders may affect project timeline and cost. ADP Remodeling will communicate any price or schedule changes resulting from a change order before proceeding with the modified work.

5. Warranties

ADP Remodelingstands behind our craftsmanship. Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, will be detailed in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, ADP Remodeling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

7. Licensing & Insurance

ADP Remodelingis a licensed Maryland Home Improvement Contractor registered with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC). We maintain general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by Maryland law. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of ADP Remodeling or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without prior written permission.

9. Cancellation Policy

In accordance with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission regulations, homeowners have the right to cancel a home improvement contract within three (3) business days of signing. Cancellations after this period are subject to the terms outlined in your project contract, which may include charges for work completed, materials ordered, and permits obtained.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to pursue mediation before initiating any legal proceedings. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, and any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Maryland.

11. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ADP Remodeling. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
